DSC Dredge announces new vice president of engineering

April 10, 2023, RESERVE, LA ­­– DSC Dredge has a new vice president of engineering. Scott Laiche, the company’s former director of engineering, has stepped into the role.

An 11-year veteran of the company, Laiche’s new title follows a 2016 promotion to engineering manager before becoming the custom dredge manufacturer’s director of engineering in 2021.

In his new role, the company reported that Laiche will lead and work alongside one of the largest in-house dredge design and engineering teams in North America as they develop the company’s product lines with a mind towards innovation and emerging technology.

“I am honoured to accept this new position. I am also proud to part of the DSC team and excited to continue to contribute to its success,” Laiche said in a press release.
